By accessing our platform, uploading images to your digital wardrobe, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. E-Commerce & Orders

All pre-designed products showcased on our platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

When you place an order through our shopping cart, you represent that the billing and shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Fusion & Customization Services

Our platform offers unique "Fusion" services, allowing you to combine modern clothing bases with traditional designs, fabrics, and specific embroidery positions.

• Accuracy: While our 2D/3D preview engines aim to accurately represent your customized garment, slight variations in color, fabric texture, and embroidery scaling may occur in the physical product.
• Production Time: Custom-made fusion garments require additional crafting time. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

4. AI Wardrobe & Data Usage

Our digital Wardrobe feature allows you to upload images of your clothing to receive AI-powered styling recommendations.

• Image Uploads: You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a temporary license to process these images via our AI partners (e.g., Gemini) to generate fashion combinations.
• Content Moderation: Please ensure that uploaded images contain only clothing items. We reserve the right to delete any inappropriate or irrelevant uploads from our database.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because of the personalized nature of our brand, our return policy is split into two categories:

Pre-Designed Items: Standard collection items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags.

Custom & Fusion Items: Due to their bespoke nature, customized garments are strictly non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item received differs fundamentally from the ordered specifications.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, traditional motifs, AI suggestion texts, and platform architecture are the exclusive property of Sutrachit. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or our designs without express written permission.
